Travel

“Adventure is a path. Real adventure – self-determined, self-motivated, often risky – forces you to have firsthand encounters with the world. The world the way it is, not the way you imagine it.” -Mark Jenkin

I prefer to go on  “adventures” over vacations. I travel to stretch my own limits, learn, grow, experience local cuisine, and find hidden gems one cannot necessarily read about online or experience on a tour. When I travel, I foster an appreciation of both an  imperfect, beautiful world-at-large and mornings on my sunny  front porch in Georgia.
